Overview of class
This course will focus on the foundational skills and core competencies to contribute to
the production process as a Production Manager. Our course goals are to:
● Develop an Understanding of Professional Production Management
● Examine the Relationship Between Time, Budget and Schedule
● Understand the Importance of the Role of the Staff
● Practice the Production Manager's Process
● Examine Union and Non-Union Procedures
● Discuss Professional PM Challenges (Case Studies)
