Overview of class

This course immerses students in the history, culture, and leadership of Renaissance Florence to sharpen their capacity for leadership today. This hybrid course combines pre-program preparation, a week in Florence, and post-program reflection. Students will create a Renaissance Leadership Portfolio—a curated collection that links historic insights to their current teams, projects, and career aspirations. Along the way, they'll benefit from deep networking with accomplished alumni and experience accelerated growth that extends beyond the classroom.
