Overview of class
Marketing is a key function of creative industries. This course will introduce students to the core principles of marketing and discuss how to apply these principles in creative industries such as entertainment and fashion. Students will learn how to analyze information to understand the basics of segmentation, positioning, and targeting in these types of industries and how to apply these insights to inform marketing strategy and strategic communication. Prerequisite: Admission to the MCI Certificate program.
