Overview of class

Classical Dance II aims to enhance technical, musical, and artistic skills. This course will cover the core principles, practices, and vocabulary of ballet technique at an intermediate level. Our physical practice will progress through barre, center, and across-the-floor exercises. We will also integrate strengthening, toning, sound dance science principles, and body-mind-centering exercises from various somatic and strength-building methods.

Class Materials (Required)

Ballet slippers or non-slip socks.
