Overview of class
The objective of this course is for you to learn how to develop leadership, both your own and among others, especially in the context of higher education. It is organized to allow you to answer three questions:
• What are the fundamentals of effective leadership development?
• What learning strategies work best for my own leadership development?
• How can I effectively develop leadership in others?
