Overview of class

Customer Experience Design will build on your core classes to understand how brands design and deliver experiences for their customers in an international marketing context.  Students will explore Paris to gain a better understanding of society and consumer culture. They will then observe and learn how brands leverage insights to engage customers with relevant experiences and build deep relationships. This course is designed for students who have a passion for customer insight development, cultural impact on branding, and deployment of customer marketing technologies.
