Overview of class
Branding in the Digital World will help students integrate traditional marketing frameworks with new technologies and go-to-market strategies to create cohesive consumer experiences across physical and digital channels.
This course tackles the challenges current marketers face in a dynamic landscape driven by technology and consumer behavior shifts, and it will give students tools to drive brand and business growth. The class will focus both on traditional and digital channels as well as new technologies (AI, IoT, etc.) and teach students how to leverage those tools to deliver against consumer, community, and company goals.
The course format includes real-world case studies and guest speakers as well as participative discussions and discussion boards to enrich the learning experience.
Key areas include content marketing, digital engagement, personalization and customer experience, purpose-driven marketing, and personal branding.
This is a new class starting in Fall 2024.
