Sociological approaches to the study of religion. Communities, practices, nationality, race, gender, and politics in the shaping of religion.

Instructor Bio: Tymofii Brik, visiting from Ukraine

Tymofii Brik is Head of Sociological Research and Vice President for International Relations at the Kyiv School of Economics in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since 2021 he has been the Ukrainian coordinator of the European Social Survey (ESS). At Northwestern, he is a Buffett Visiting Professor of Sociology.
