Overview of class
Continued study and practice in Set Design, building on 463-1. This is the second (and fourth) in a four-course sequence and is repeatable for credit - taken by both first and second year MFA Designers. Students will work on a single large project of large - focusing on a large musical, opera, or play with phases and transitions - from initial reading and analysis, through research and multiple early ideas, into mature and finished presentations. The course will consist of design projects, class critiques, class discussion, and periodic lecturing. (Set Designers and Secondary)
