Overview of class
Work today is being reshaped by artificial intelligence—whether in how we draft messaging, interpret information, or coordinate across teams. For leaders, the challenge is not mastering technical detail but guiding conversations about AI that strengthen workplace culture, build trust, and increase productivity.
This seminar introduces practical frameworks for AI-mediated communication and builds leadership competencies: asking sharper questions about where AI belongs in workflows, recognizing the human choices embedded in AI systems, and weighing the tradeoffs of technology adoption. Through cases and interactive exercises, students will develop a personalized playbook for leading AI conversations in their own organizations.
