Overview of class

Classical Dance III will focus on enhancing technical, musical, and artistic skills. This course will cover the core principles, practices, and vocabulary of ballet technique at an intermediate to advanced level. Our physical practice will progress through barre, center, and across-the-floor exercises. We will incorporate strengthening, toning, sound dance science principles, and body-mind-centering exercises from various somatic and strength-building methods.

Class Materials (Required)

Ballet slippers or non-slip socks. $1-25
