How do organizations build trust, respond to crises, engage stakeholders, and communicate effectively in a digital world? This course introduces students to strategic communication in contemporary organizations, where public relations, organizational communication, and media strategy increasingly overlap. Through case studies, foundational readings, and hands-on assignments, students will analyze communication practices and create messages and materials used by modern organizations. The course also serves as a foundation for further study in Strategic and Organizational Communication.
