Learning Objectives

By the end of the course, students will be able to: 1. Explain the principles, concepts, and practices underlying a restorative justice framework; 2. Describe how restorative practices are applied across different settings; 3. Analyze and evaluate restorative justice programs, models, and initiatives; 4. Assess the opportunities and limitations of a restorative justice framework; and 5. Reflect critically on how personal values, assumptions, and experiences shape one's understanding of and engagement with restorative justice
