Overview of class

This course provides a deep dive into the foundations of drawing for media and ideation. Students will be introduced to basic drawing components: line, shape, perspective, value, and edge. The class will also explore the relationship between gesture and structure, and provide an introduction to figure drawing and portrait strategies.
