Overview of class

Solutions, chemical equilibrium, aqueous solution equilibria, chemical kinetics, metals in chemistry and biology, oxidation-reduction reactions and electrochemistry, and special topics in modern chemistry.

Students enrolled in this course MUST also enroll in the associated laboratory course, Chem 142-0."

Registration Requirements

Prerequisite: Grade of C- or better in Chemistry 131-0 and in Chemistry 141-0.

Students may not start the sequence in this course.

Students enrolled in this course MUST also enroll in the associated laboratory course, Chem 142-0.
