Overview of class

This class seeks to replicate the collaborative process for MFA directors and designers, culminating in a spring production. The work will be evaluated as a complete, professional level presentation of a production. The course will consist of weekly projects, critiques of design and directing work, and class discussion. The course will include designers and faculty from all three areas of design (Scenery, Costumes, & Lighting) - as well as directors and directing faculty.

Enrollment Requirements: Registration in this course is reserved for students in the Theatre Department MFA Directing or Design Programs. Other students may register with instructor consent and a permission number.
