Overview of class

This course examines how teams think, act, and decide, and provides students with opportunities to actively practice team leadership. Each week, students will participate in a team-based activity, followed by reflective exercises and discussion. Students will deliver presentations, complete team projects, and work in small groups to strengthen their collaborative communication skills. Throughout the course, students will learn to implement strategies that enhance team effectiveness, both as leaders and as team members.

Enrollment Requirements: Reserved for Communication Studies Majors only until the end of preregistration, after which time enrollment will be open to everyone who has taken the prerequisites.
