Overview of class

This course draws on the fields of neuroplasticity and physical theatre to explore how humans remap and rewire our minds and bodies. Using approaches from neuroplasticity, we'll examine how we acquire skills, adapt to new situations, and respond to experiences. We'll simultaneously put these ideas on their feet and create theatrical movement that explores how we remap and rewire our minds and bodies. No theatre or dance experience is necessary.
