Overview of class

Managing Integration will empower students with knowledge of ways to navigate the challenges and opportunities inherent in efforts to organize work across the various departments, roles, functions, and professions involved in marketing communications. Focus will be placed on approaches to leading global organizations and teams, and processes of supporting effective use of information and communication technologies. Students will learn approaches for supporting aspects of organizational integration including managing change, conflict, and knowledge transfer. Cases and examples will emphasize the challenges and opportunities that often arise in the execution of IMC.
