Overview of class

This class introduces students to dance techniques specifically useful in theatrical performances. Covering basic steps and combinations, the course emphasizes the role of dance in enhancing theatricality and supporting narrative elements on stage. Students will learn practical skills for auditions and ensemble work in theater productions.

Registration Requirements

Open to students with any prior Theatre department coursework (not limited to majors or MT cert).
Priority given to juniors and seniors.
