Overview of class
This course presents students the opportunity to develop and enhance negotiation skills by using negotiation principles, tactics and strategy employed in the negotiation of collegiate and professional athlete contract negotiations. The goal of the class is to assist students in finding the best negotiation version of themselves - their inner negotiation warrior.
Registration Requirements
Introductory negotiation class preferred but not required.
Learning Objectives
An understanding of their strengths and weaknesses as negotiators. The ability to slow down the process and see the negotiation through the perspective of both sides of the table. Confidence in negotiations.

This is a deviation from your standard law school class. Be willing to have an open mind, put yourself out there to conduct an honest assessment of your negotiation personality, and how to bring out the best version of your inner negotiation warrior.
