Overview of class
Class title: Intermediate Russian: Continuing the Journey: A Modern Russian Experience
Intermediate Russian 102-3 is the third part of a three-quarter sequence that enables students to acquire intermediate-level language proficiency. Students will continue to develop their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through a variety of authentic materials and communicative activities. A great deal of attention is devoted to the learning of grammar in conjunction with the immediate activation of it in conversation, role-play, and discussions. Emphasis will also be placed on vocabulary expansion, especially in the areas of speaking and writing. The course is a great preparation for students going abroad and a firm foundation for more advanced courses.
