Overview of class
This course will explore through reading, research, discussion and scene work, the genres of Comedy of Manners and High Comedy. The scene work will be focused on works from the late Nineteenth century and the first half of the Twentieth Century, and will include authors such as George Bernard Shaw, Oscar Wilde, and Noël Coward.
Registration Requirements
Senior theatre majors will fill out the preference form. Students will be assigned a section and issued a permission number.
