You will rotate through positions such as producer, anchor and writer and use an automated system just as professional journalists do to see your producing vision come to life. The fast-paced course will emphasize the conversational writing styles of broadcast and video productions. You will use CNN footage from the day's events to write and video edit stories on deadline. You will also learn how to run the Ross Inception programs to create and determine everything from graphics to camera shot to video playback.
