Overview of class
Modern Brand Metrics will apply contemporary measurement and analysis tools, approaches and frameworks to track brand and communications performance. The strongest B2C and B2B brands continuously learn from and about key audiences, align metrics with business goals, set clear data strategies, and can attribute marketing activities to brand value. In this course, students will gain real-world perspectives on today's measurement trends, technologies, and best practices, learning from recent brand examples, industry leaders and hands-on activities.
