Overview of class

This seminar is an introduction to ways of thinking about international politics. It considers the scope, content, and limits of various approaches to world politics with examples drawn from contemporary scholarship sovereignty, power, anarchy, governance, and law. The course supports students' research interests for topics in International Relations as well as the comprehensive exam in the IR field.
