Through class discussions, creative projects, site visits, and guest lectures from experts in the field, students will gain conceptual knowledge of design principles and practical skills to implement those designs effectively. The class will also look at the future of museum sound through discussion of augmented reality, radical accessibility, and others.

The class will culminate in a large scale design project that integrates the concepts and practicums learned in the course.
