Overview of class
This course is a unique opportunity for students to further their personal development and growth as a leader. The faculty leader serves as coach and facilitator to guide students through a process that explores who they are (strengths, needs, values), reveals how others experience them (feedback), examines who they want to be (vision/purpose) and identifies actions for moving forward (development planning). Readings and individual reflective exercises will be completed as pre-work in advance of scheduled class sessions and explored through additional activities and discussion during class. In addition, students will have the opportunity to meet individually with the faculty leader for further leadership coaching.
This course meets for the last 5 weeks of the quarter - attendance at all five sessions is mandatory; maximum 16 seats in course - waitlist available. Grading is Pass/No Pass.
