Summer:
Chemical analysis of real samples using basic laboratory techniques including titration, colorimetric analysis, density measurements, and atomic spectroscopy. Planning, data collection, interpretation, and reporting on experiments.

Students enrolled in this course MUST also enroll in the associated lecture course, Chem 131-0.

Registration Requirements

Prerequisite: Grade of C- or better in Chemistry 110-0.

Students who have received permission to start the sequence with this course must obtain a permission number from the Chemistry Department.

Class Materials (Required)

Lab coats and goggles will be provided at no cost to students.
