Overview of class

The practice of law requires strong leadership skills to achieve personal fulfillment, attain professional success, and maintain the highest ethical standards. Increasingly law graduates are expected to know how to lead at the start of their career. This course will train students on critical leadership competencies necessary for personal fulfillment and professional success in a legal career.

The aim of this course is to develop lawyers who are prepared to be leaders in the 21st Century. Beyond the necessary intellectual and technical skills, as a 21st Century Leader you also need to be equipped with intra- and interpersonal skills necessary to lead and reach high levels of happiness in your legal career. This course provides you with these skills, enabling you to be a "whole lawyer", one who can lead themselves as well others.
