Overview of class
This course scaffolds the creation of capstone projects in the Sound Arts and Industries program. Students are guided through a process of conceptualizing, planning, and executing original sound arts projects. Each project will use sound to inquire into a technical, methodological, or thematic issue of importance to the student. The course culminates in a two-day symposium where students present their capstone projects.

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute an original sound arts project
- Articulate how their work adds value to a particular field of practice or study
