Overview of class

This course offers a study of Six Viewpoints Theory and Practice, a contemporary approach to actor movement training. Studio practice centers the body as a conduit for expressivity in acting through the study and application of visceral movement, breath, and sound techniques. Students will engage in psychophysical training in order to bring greater vibrancy, adaptability, and resiliency to the theatrical process.
