Overview of class

Students in this clinic will participate in the representation of imprisoned people who were convicted of serious crimes and have compelling claims of innocence and/or were excessively
sentenced, as well as policy-related reform efforts. This semester we will focus on the front-end part of the wrongful conviction process, reviewing potential cases and deciding which cases are worth investigating further.
