Overview of class

It takes more than an idea to build successful products - and this is especially true for digital products. Modern day digital product managers must possess a blend of skills and competencies in order to successfully lead the definition, design, and delivery of products. In this course you will gain direct experience working with the frameworks, tools and concepts required to become effective product managers of digital products with an emphasis on digital media products. Through a combination of lectures and projects, you will practice using modern approaches to product management to define product requirements, monetize new products, manage projects and lead cross-functional teams so you can lead cross-functional teams and turn ideas into a reality.
