Overview of class
Animal Law is a survey class addressing an important area of law, with a focus on how more humane treatment of animals can be achievable. It may be of special interest to those interested in food law, agriculture, wildlife preservation and natural resource law.

An understanding of what the law currently is and debates about where it should go.

80% final exam, 20% class participation
