Evaluation will be on the totality of your work in the class, including written work, class participation, and group presentations.

Class Materials (Required)

Required Book: Isabel Wilkerson, The Warmth of Other Suns.

Note: You must bring a hard copy of the book to class every day. Inexpensive copies of the book, in hard cover and in paperback, are available on Amazon and other book sellers. Reading and referring to the book online is not allowed for this class.
